The West Athletic Booster Club is proud to award several $1,000.00 scholarships to college bound graduating senior athletes this year. To qualify, the graduating senior athletes must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be an athlete senior year.
- Must be in good academic standing with at least a 2.5 GPA.
- Must have volunteered for 2 hours for the Athletic Boosters (parents can also contribute to the hours).
- Must have complied with School District 210’s “Code of Conduct: Athletics and Extracurricular Activities” throughout the applicant’s tenure at Lincoln-Way West High School.
- Plan on attending a University, College, Jr. College, or Trade School.
- Respond to the following prompt with at least 500 words. Prompt is within the online application. Explain how being involved in athletics has enriched your high school experience.
Email a copy of your acceptance letter/email and the most recent report card showing the GPA to cahearn@lw210.org by March 15, 2024.
